Rooted deep in the Greater Gulf State Fair tradition, The Grounds' Barn showcases the Greater Gulf State Fair’s foundation based in agriculture and horticulture. At The Grounds' Barn, you will get up close and personal with a variety of animals, from 2,000-lb. cattle, award-winning local hogs, dozens of species of hand-raised chickens, to an expanded urban farming experience. “The Barn” brings to life the idea of bringing locally raised food from farm to table.
