The Greater Gulf State Fair invites K–3 teachers and students to take part in our Elementary Craft Showcase — a fun and creative way for students to show off their artistic talents!

 

Each participating class will create a farm animal craft (specific to your grade level). These masterpieces will be displayed during the 2026 Greater Gulf State Fair, and one winning class from each grade level will receive FREE admission tickets for the entire class!

 

Important Dates:

Supply Delivery: September 14 – September 18, 2026

Fair staff will deliver all needed craft supplies to your school.

Craft Pick-Up: October 12 – October 15, 2026

Completed crafts will be picked up and transported to the fairgrounds for display.

 

Fair Dates:

October 30 – November 8, 2026

Your class’s artwork will be proudly displayed in the fair’s showcase area!

Craft Pick-Up from Fair: November 9 - 10, 2026

Teachers will be responsible for picking up crafts after the fair. Crafts will be considered abandoned

after 4:00 pm on November 10, 2026.

 

How It Works:

1.Sign Up Your Class:

2. Fill out the Jotform with your class info. It can be found on our website, www.greatergulfstatefair.com.

3. Once submitted, we’ll send you instructions for your grade-level craft.

4.Craft in the Classroom: Use the provided supplies and guide to complete your craft project with your students.

5. We’ll pick up the finished crafts and put them on display at the fair!
